The building is Grade II listed, in a terrace originating from the first half of the nineteenth century. The suites are run under the personal attention of Clive Sills. Diane Corbett is still involved and undertakes bookings. A large majority of the guests are regulars and enjoy the constant upgrading in standards that have been offered over the years
